Oude Leeskamer Gallery invites you to the opening of our exhibition, Chromatic Horizons, on Tuesday the 9th of May 2023 at 18h00.
Chromatic Horizons is a group exhibition showcasing the work of artists whose practice explores the intricacies and complexities of colour. These artists use a range of media and techniques to challenge traditional notions of colour as purely decorative and ornamental. While some use vibrant colours and bold hues to provoke and enrapture, others draw on muted tones and subtle shifts in shade to question and lure. Chromatic Horizons invites the viewer to engage with colour beyond its surface-level aesthetics.
