You are cordially invited to the book discussion of die helfte is jou nie vertel nie, the new poetry collection by Thérèse Bartman, published by Naledi.

In this collection, Thérèse explores both the necessity and the limitations of the written word. She places special emphasis on the experiences of people who could not read or write, or whose voices were silenced by society. As part of this project, Thérèse collaborated with Jitsvinger to create unique soundtracks for eleven of her poems. Each poem has its own QR code in the collection, allowing the reader to also listen to the poetry.
